This comprehensive program covers all aspects of mobility, from joint mobility, muscle flexibility, balance, and strength - at a level that's accessible to all fitness levels (intermediate, with beginner modifications), with 30 minute low impact workouts, and no equipment needed, other than a mat and foam roller. Incorporating a daily mobility practice has been one of the most helpful and impactful additions in my person practice in the past 5 years - with 30 minutes per day giving me better results than hours of foam rolling and static stretching combined.
