75 Days, 75 Minutes, 7500 Steps, and 75 Days before Summer.
This is more than a workout challenge and incorporates the 4 pillars of HoyPRO - Fitness, Food, Family and Focus.
1 - FITNESS
a. Two workouts per day - 45 minutes with me and 30 minutes on your own.
b. 7500 daily steps goal
30 minute versions of the 45 minute workouts will be available - for those with limited tim
2 - FOOD
a. Follow a meal plan
b. Drink 1 gallon of water per day
c. No alcohol, soda, or soft drinks
No junk or fast food
3 - FAMILY
a. Join a fitness community
b. Call or text someone you love every day
(BONUS) Give someone a genuine compliment
4 - FOCUS
a. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book or 20 minutes of self-help/motivation/mindset
Take a progress picture every day
