This progressive beginner's challenge is designed specifically to take you from a complete beginner to being in the best shape of your life over the next 6 months. We're starting exactly where you currently are, as we progress from beginner-advanced, in just 30 minutes per day, with minimal equipment… and ABSOLUTELY NO BURPEES AT ALL for 6 months. We've combined 5 challenges to give you the best possible road map to success.

30 Day START STRONG:
Level: Beginner
This low impact strength challenge is your cornerstone program for getting started. We're building foundational strength and stability, over a 30 day period, with no intimidating cardio at all. This challenge is your SECRET WEAPON for building functional strength, raising your resting fat burning metabolism, and building the confidence, habits, and belief in yourself that YOU CAN commit to being the healthiest version of yourself.

30 Day NEW YOU:
Level: Beginner - Intermediate
NEW YOU is an accessible full body beginner - intermediate program that picks up where START STRONG left off. We're adding to the strength of the previous challenge, while introducing cardio in an accessible manner, adding fun themes, formats, and burning more calories as we step into the NEW US that we know we are capable of being.

21 Day IMPROVE YOU:
Level: Intermediate
After 60 days of commitment, WE KNOW that we're locked in and prepared to take things up a bit and IMPROVE with IMPROVE YOU. We're going to up the weights a bit, improve our cardio and continue to progress for 21 days, with this intermediate challenge that will sharpen our skills and show us that we have what it takes to IMPROVE.

12-Week CHAMPION Seasons 1-2:
Level: Intermediate - Advanced
CHAMPION is one of our most beloved challenges, that has helped thousands of people bridge the gap between intermediate workouts and the more advanced workouts that we're known for. We're going to slightly increase the time from 30 to 35 minutes per day (making way for our first 500 calories workouts of this series), and while we'll continue to focus on strength and cardio, we're also adding in mobility and corrective work, new skills like jumping rope, improving push-ups, and we'll put more emphasis on sculpting our bodies with dedicated strength splits. CHAMPION is both fun and challenging and has been the breakthrough challenge that MANY have been needing to really push them into the changes they've been trying a lifetime to achieve. We all have an inner CHAMPION and this program is designed to pull out the very best in you.
