Best Body is our most popular (and most challenging) workout series, which is perfect for those who are willing to go hard and get in the best physical and mental state, in just 4-Weeks.
Can you believe that our last Best Body (BB4) was in January 2023? WOW! We've grown A LOT since then, and one of the biggest road-blocks to doing a challenge like BB5 is the amount of time it takes to structure and edit these workouts, while keeping all of our new features, staying fresh and not being too repetitive, and also not getting burned out. So to keep the same quality as you've grown to expect, I'll be recording BB5 throughout December and most of January - and I've already started filming. This means that there won't be many new workouts throughout December, but it's all going to a good cause lol.
Speaking of good causes, another big barrier to doing BB5 is the sheer amount of sweat that doing back to back 60 minute workouts produces, so if anyone is up to donating to our "guaranteed to sweat out the microphones" fund.
